1. Platform Usage

By using TrackMyStuff.org, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our platform provides product tracking and verification services using blockchain technology and NFTs.

2. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and wallet
• Each user receives 100 platform tokens monthly (non-accumulative)
• Additional tokens can be purchased through the platform

3. Product Registration

• Each product registration consumes 10 platform tokens
• You must own the products you register
• Product information must be accurate and verifiable
• Two NFTs will be created for each product:
  • Product Identity NFT (immutable)
  • Dynamic Attribute NFT (modifiable)

4. Ownership Transfers

• Transfers require 10 platform tokens
• Both parties must confirm the transfer
• NFTs are automatically transferred with ownership
• Transfer history is permanently recorded on the blockchain

5. Platform Tokens

• Monthly allocation of 100 tokens is non-transferable
• Unused tokens expire at the end of each month
• Additional tokens can be purchased at market rates
• Token prices may vary based on market conditions

6. Prohibited Activities

• Registering stolen or counterfeit products
• Providing false product information
• Manipulating the token system
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the token system

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. NFTs and blockchain data will remain on the network even after account termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes.
